Where Healing Meets Hustle: How My New Job Brought My Story Full Circle
Share
There’s a unique kind of magic in watching your life come full circle—especially when that circle is stitched together with threads of healing, growth, and purpose.
A few months ago, I stepped into a new role as the Operations Manager for a virtual therapy firm. On paper, it looked like a new job. But in reality, it felt like a homecoming. Because therapy didn’t just support me during one of the hardest seasons of my life—it helped shape the woman I am today.
Years ago, I sat on the other side: A mom. A wife. A woman battling the terrifying question: Should I stay, or should I go? Therapy was my lifeline through the ache of uncertainty, the tidal wave of grief, and the slow, deliberate climb into a life that finally felt like mine. It was a pivotal time in my life that could have easily went another direction. I spoke highly of therapy back then, and I meant every word. Sometimes it feels like there is still a stigma on seeking out therapy or counseling, and I want to reiterate that mental health check ups should be as regular as dental cleanings and annual physicals. It's not weird, you're not crazy, and you should probably try it out.
Now, in this new role, I get to be part of the engine that helps therapy happen for others. I build systems, streamline operations, and help hold up the infrastructure that supports real healing. Every workflow I refine feels like a small, sacred offering to the same space that once held me.
It’s meaningful work. Soul work. And it reminds me that we’re all capable of rewriting our stories, especially when we have the right support.
So here I am—juggling life, motherhood, and Leave Her Wild—with a little more grace, and a whole lot of gratitude. Because every woman deserves to feel seen, supported, and wildly free.
